C4-02 code not clearing due to trouble sign in simulation mode

Hi, my ptc went bad I tried simulation 55:1 but when I input 1 and execute it doesn't solve the problem tried self print but keeps showing input the proper code then in some other simulation areas it shows "trouble!" In color red how do I solve this

Not sure what model we are talking about here, but you can only bypass the C4 code temporarily until pre transfer is replaced.

This only worked on older model machine MX2600 MX3100 type

Thanks for the reply when it has enter simulation 55-1 setting the sw8-3 to 1 is the problem after 1 is inputed tap "execute" it will not execute when it returned to simulation mode and 64 is entered to make self print it will display "input the code again" in color red

My guess is that at this point you must replace the PTC unit.
