MX-C507P Device Must Cool Down Before Printing Is Possible Message

This was just put out in the field 2 weeks ago, brand new unit.
This message intermittently pops up and it's always after 1 or 2 prints of the job. It is not against anything to block airflow.
We can't find anything in the manual regarding that message. Anyone ever seen this or have any ideas? Service Tech is going on-site and going to call
Sharp but we don't anticipate any help.

Are they running narrow stock? We ran into something like this on the Lexmark version when we tested running long narrow card stock but it just stopped about every 15 prints and cycled without a message. Turns out the fuser needs to balance out the heat from end to end as it runs. They actually make a narrow stock fuser for these.

I would check the paper tray settings. End users often change the setting on these without even knowing they did. Maybe check to see if they have defaulted a paper type to something odd in the print driver too.
