MX5070 drum unit blocking up

Anyone had any issue with a colour drum blocking up with waste toner and breaking the plastic waste coil, replaced a magenta unit as the old one was blocked up, couldn’t see any reason for the blockage. New drum unit done 20K and blocked up again. Other colours running freely with no issues. Drum motor runs and seems ok?

I have just had this with a black drum unit doing this on a mx5071. We replaced the drum unit and it happened again a week later. We replaced the unit again and also replaced the waste container as it was nearly full and haven't heard back for three weeks now
