Second side of copies washed out. This happens whether duplexing, or running simplex and then running back through bypass or tray. If I wait aprox 5 min. and then run back through copy is fine. If I run one through and then run 2nd side through another machine, copy is fine. If I run one through another machine and then run 2nd side through this machine it is fine. Have tried several types of paper. have removed machine from environment. Have replaced drum + unit, DV unit, Fuser unit, Transfer unit, adjusted Transfer voltage. Stoping copy reveals perfect copy on drum, so it is not transfering. Sharp said " If you figure this out please let us know" as they have no clue. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Have the customer replace the machine :P haha.

As for the actual problem, i dont know. By the sounds of it it's occurring while the paper is warmish and so is the toner. Is the image getting smudged or anything like that ? This has me stumped, too. Haha.
