    Storage Back Failing

When I try to perform a Storage Backup through the webpage I get a "Failed", 'Failed - Network Error" or "Couldn't Download" message. I have tried Edge, Brave and Firefox browsers. For a Password I usually use 5 digits like 12345.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Re: Storage Back Failing

I have had this happen a few times. Most often I just hit refresh/retry and the file will download. On other occasions downloading is blocked by client IT and I was not able to download from the web page. Never found a fix for this as most times IT is remote and I am doing this at the last moment!! LOL You can use sim code 56 sub 3 to backup to a thumb drive. I've done this a few times.

    Good luck.

In the past Storage Backup would only work via Internet Explorer. It just occurred to me that I didn’t try Chrome. Would 56-3 get me User Register Information? Thats basically what I’m trying to backup. I’ll have to give that a try.

If you mean account control user information I'm not sure but if you mean address book registry then it works just fine.

        Good luck
