MX3140/MX3640N error F2-39 >>

1. Process thermistor trouble.2. Process thermistor harness connection trouble.
3. PCU PWB trouble.

Anyone can tell me where is the Process thermistor located is?

Would it be the same as HUD_M/TH_M sensor?

Make sure the small vent holes are not blocked. Happens a lot if someone has an LCT attached. Makes for a nice horizontal surface to store things and block air flow.
