Hello

can anybody tell me where the OCR option went?

I tried downgrading an MXC357F to 073.023 but that doesnt seem to work...

Machine is on 081.234 and OCR is gone.

Is OCR an App on this model or just a standard function? We have seen Apps randomly disappear from Lexmarks. Sometimes a firmware update will result in lost Apps.
