Firmware for sharp printer MX-C402SC-EMERGENCY ISSUE

Can anyone help me with the firmware for sharp printer MX-C402SC.

Recently printer had some display issues to we changed a new hard drive, now screen got fixed with bugs but it need a new firmware to operate the machine.

tried calling sharp support and local suppliers no one dealing with such models.

I really appreciate your help in advance.

firmware is not detecting by the printer, tried with the a new HDD.

Did you go into SIMs 49-1 to load the firmware? Your photos doesn't look like you went into simulation mode.

Also, if not detected, it could be the USB drive you're using.

Or use the USB port in the back next to the Ethernet port.
