    MX2640N Cyan White Lines

    Hi everyone, does anyone here encountered this issue ? Let me know what is the best way to fix this. Thanks

    You could try and clean the laser on Cyan. Clean all of them since you are already there.
    Look at the mag roller on the Cyan DV unit, if it has the same lines, you'll need to redevelop.
    (If it returns on the mag roller after new developer, it's a new DV unit)
    Remove main charger and clean it, too.

    Aries2 machines had known issues with DV filters, check the dv unit for lint under the dv doctor blade. You can save the dv material by running it through a strainer.
    Also, as suggested, clean charge grid and run the LSU cleaning tool over the cyan laser glass.

    Simple, first try cleaning the corona, it's probably dusty.
