I still have no f idea what is your question, but TK5 refer to the cleaning blade.
Primary Transfer Cleaner Blade BP-TL700 500k

On the CR4 you would change the transfer belt and the cleaner blade at the same time 300k, so TK1 was both, now it's 500k for the blade and 600k for the transfer belt.
