Bizhub 451 with a DC60 Hard Disk c-code

Firmware on the machine is up to date and code has been occuring several times a day. Anyone have expirience with this issue or ideas on what is the next steps? If the HDD must be replaced is there any thing we need to know about doing this? Thanks

Is it C or b/w machine?
Did you try to format the hard disk?
