BW, colored & any range of the cpm.. As long as it's for personal, moderate or heavy use.

A little open ended, don't you think?

all i know is that kyocera is only good in personal use.they have A4 size copiers that have high speed but the drawback is that the machine & toner is expensive compared to develop.

    Re: Which is which?

It sounds like you've already made a decision.

I think Ken is asking what kind of tasks do you have in mind for this machine? You haven't really given us anything to go by.
I happen to disagree about Kyo only being good for personal use. I have an CS-8030 that's done 500K in 4 weeks.

So I'll ask. What kind of tasks do you do? How may prints per month? And which models do you have in mind to perform these tasks? Would you like us to make some model recommendations, when you provide a basis for a recommendation? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The Konica machines are solid as a rock. I have a Bizhub 600 doing 6000 a day and has for 3 years, and the same people are pushing 1 to 2000 a day through a Bizhub 250 and a pair of 200's each doing 1,000 a day.
