Lexmark Optra T610 with marks on pages
There is a regular gray mark appearing regularly on the page about every 3 and a half inches. Sounds like the circumference of a roller. Which one is that size in circumference?
-
Probably Fuser Roller
Here's my formula:
Circumference/PI=diameter
3.5/3.14159265 = 1.1140846"
It could be a drum or a fuser roller, but probably fuser.

Thanks, I will check that and see if a cleaning will do the trick.

marks-a-lot
try removing and cleaning the charge roller and transfer roller with a damp rag.

You wouldnt happen to know the part numbers of the charge roller and the transfer roller?

Transfer Roller Part#: 99A0179 or 99A1015
The Primary Charge Roller is part of the laser cartridge.
Neither one of those rollers is 1 1/8" in diameter though. Not even close. Cleaning will certainly do no harm, though.

Then in the case of one of them, changing the toner cartridge would eliminate the problem. If that doesn't cure it then it at least narrows down the field. Thanks. I think that will help me a lot.

OOPs, no, I miss read your post. You said the Laser Cartridge, not the Toner cartridge. As Gilda used to say......Nevermind...........
-
Sorry, for me laser cartridge = toner cartidge. Yes, that would rule out out the primary charge roller.
