KM-3035 NW-FAX Question/Problem

I have this setup so that faxes are emailed to a single user(fax@xxx) The problem I am having is that the faxes are making it to the RX folder but some are being dropped(best way I can think to describe it) and not being set to fax@xxx. I can retrieve them manually by going to the RX folder but I shouldn't have to and would only do so if someone asks for a fax that did not go to email. I hope this makes sense.

you have to setup email on copier

if its not set email will not work
