It is not a glitch. It was put in by the program writer. There is a way to reply to them because I have seen such posts with replies. The replies have always been posted by someone using an iPhone or android device. I am thinking it has to do with the App they use. I normally use a Windows laptop. Mobile devices are too unsecure.
I think there might be more to it than that. This post has stayed at 4 views. KM area is pretty busy section and it is extremely rare to get less than 50 views there.
Most techs that have been here for any length of time know about the "Printable view" and don't bother viewing the post.
