Just wondering if those strechies are still availiable? Finding some uses again and just about ran out. Just wondering. TIA.

The strechies for the feed tires. Strech over the roller for better feeding.
Haven't seen that stuff in years. We used to get them from Copylite back in the day. Wasn't there also a feed tire tape?
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

We used to have an old trick on the old Konica's with feed belts. If you soaked the belt with some tri-flow then wiped it off, the belt would get good and sticky again and buy you some time until you could replace it.
We used to get a product called rubber rejuvenator from Ames/WestCoast Platen supply. Intended for typewriter platens but worked nicely on copier rollers as well. Plain old lacquer thinner from a local painting supply also worked. Not quite as good but a lot less expensive.
+1 on this.. that chit was amazing .. worked wonders of transport roller as well. Ames (now defunk) had GREAT supplies and some of their tools were really good also.. Still have my Ames snap ring pliers!
although I had one lady in an office that begged for the Lacquer Thinner.. she loved the smell and it pissed off her co-workers so I gave her a small bottle and would refill it when needed... got a GREAT coffee mug for Xmas!
