Utax P-6036i Drum Needed

Hi,
I hope this isn't too a stupid question!

A customer has reported the attached quality issue, where the print is being transferred across the page giving the impression of lines (not the thick black lines, this is redacted info!).

I've diagnosed that a drum and roller are required, with the following part codes:

302T693041 - DK-3192(U) (also found in MK-3350)
302LV93011 - PCR Charge Roller

I can source the charge roller with no issues, but I can't find any supplier in the UK who can supply the drum or the maintenance kit without ordering from the Netherlands which will take over 6 weeks.

Can anyone recommend any alternative parts that might resolve the attached issue?
