    hi i have 2 machinesevrey 15 days displayed coad f101_2,f101_7i fixed it , but its come aginethear is any reason for this codes?

    there are reasons for EVERY Error code...
    you say you fixed it one time but came back... What did you do?

    this subject was covered in another old thread.. did you search CTN or even google your problem?

    There is HDD Check Tool for eBX2 models to check if the HDD needs to be replaced.

    If you're still getting F101_7 ... even if the tool says that HDD is OK, you may still need to replace it. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
