    Toshiba E-Studio 6570C CE20 CA00 + Rainbow

    Hey guys

Total toshiba noob here, wondering if anyone could help me diagnose this big girl.
    I've attached some samples
Machine throws intermittent CE20 during calibration, CA00 on image position alignment
Image looks fine except the yellow is fuzzy, was thinking dev for the this as swapping drum made no difference
Rainbow isn't coming from cleaning unit, when manually turning belt it cleans off.
Black and white prints are perfect.
Also theres some marks at the top of the A4 sample but those seem to be coming from cleaning unit.

Cleaned out all the contacts to rear of EPU/TBU and vac'd all excess toner out, Cleaned image quality sensor
Rebuilt the cleaning unit, cleaned and tested image position aligning sensor/LED

I'm in a pretty remote part of the world and have no second hand device to try parts out of.

    Appreciate any advice
    Cheers
    Damo

Are the drums and EPUs near life?

Three thing that I would do first:
    1) remove imaging drawer and clean laser slit glasses. Yes they have a cleaner but after a while all it does is smear it around.
    2) Check magenta needle electrode and grid. You're probably going to see some corrosion on the grid.
    3) Check the cyan needle electrode and grid. You're probably going to see some corrosion on the grid. That won't clean off, must be replaced.

Then do a color calibration, once you've changed the magenta and cyan needle electrodes and grids.
    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

this was the issue with all three colour chargers
all corroded/damaged in the same place and started faulting at the same time >.<
    thanks again

You're welcome. Those machines will go quite a while with only minimal maintenance. The grids and scorotrons, drums and rollers are the few things that need to be looked at regularly. =^..^=
