toshiba estudio 357 hanged
Dear friends,
I worked with Toshiba estudio 357 machine. when machine powered ON machine working fine for some copies. after that all functions are getting delayed(hanged) like when i pressed the paper drawer(tray)button it takes one menit for selecting it and while pressing copy start button that also have some problem. i try with new firmware. but the problem is not solved.
please give me the suggestion to solve the problem.

Every thing is in correct configuration. copier hanging while taking copies. it hanged nearly 2 to 3 minutes after that it starts working normally for few copies appx 20 copies then again it starts hanged up. at this time i unable to shutdown the machine in proper shutdown procedure, i just switch off the machine by mains and restart the machine. while restarting after this problem machine takes nearly 10 minutes for getting ready. i unable to justify the problem causes.

Is your MFP networked? If it is not networked it will continue to look for a network, slowing down op panel functions. Under Admin Menu. "Link Down Detection" disable.

well he SAID all is correct but won't provide basic info.
I don't know what "... all is correct" means. It's like saying: "I've tried EVERYTHING!!!". Clearly you haven't, because its not fixed yet. =^..^=

You ask about basic things, i checked everything even i upgraded the firmware. i also isolated machine from network, usb cable, printer and scanner dongle, but still the problem persist.
When you updated the FW have you formatted the HDD first? Have you initialised the HDD after FW updated with 08-9030?
Defects are simple, our mind is complicated
