Hi Friends,
My e-studio 2000AC I have replaced the magenta developer at count 0f 60,000.Due to magenta colour missing,the developer cylinder was completely empty, little developer starter left in developer unit,Again 20,000 counts same problem.if anybody have any idea please share it with me.

Have you made a determination as to weather the developer material is leaking out or being drawn out? If it's being drawn out I would be closely examining the charger assy and drum. The drum should be free of nicks and wear and the charger assy (grid and charger sawtooth) should be clean. If it's determined that it's leaking out then an upgrade to new bearings instead of bushings and new oil seals may need to be applied. More information would help as to what you have done to this point.
Yes, low or shorting primary charge will dump your developer in a hurry. =^..^=

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
