    hello, I installed the toner (compatible and with chip), removed the toner of the first installation (without chip) but display still indicates that it is empty. Does it need a firmware update?

    This appears to be a discontinued, relabelled Okidata MFP not sold in North America with little hope of technical support.


    If you are not putting Toshiba original supplies in the MFP there is no chance of success.
