e-studio 2010ac Fault

Hey Guys,
I have an issue with a new e-studio 2010 ac where in the cyan magenta and black all seem to be washed out and using developer as well as toner to print with. The Machines only been in the field for 6 weeks copy counts only 345 black 176 colour. Any body got any ideas?

Start with dumping all used developer from problematic dev units and fill them with fresh developer, check also charge units for both for any issues. After this perform 08-7300 and 08-7301, perform C and K developer replacement and gamma calibrations as per manual instructions. This seems to solve this kind of issues if charge units are not the main problem.
