e507 jamming

The machine has 3-500 sheet trays and it seems when it switches from one tray to the next it feeds 2-3 sheets of paper(2 together and 1 staggered about 1" down) then jams with either E010 or E020. I have replaced all feed rollers in all 3 trays.
Any suggestions ?

TSB-1631 describes a change to the Paper Exit Guide. As a countermeasure to E010/E020 errors, the Teflon tape has been changed to a teflon roller.
