color streaks

Don't know much about the Toshiba e studio 2550c I'm having a problem there a black and color streak near the bottom of the copy. I cleaned the LED unit check the drum units This is a refurb about two day ago this just started happening the customer after cleaning the copier ran 25 copier problem cleared up than a black streak show at the bottom the copier leaving me to think that it the drum unit. Wow, labour charge $155/hour~~~

Since the streaks happen on both B/W & Color, I will check transfer belt unit especially the cleaning side...

This copier was brought from a company California and shipped here so I don't know the service history of this copier the transfer belt and cleaner blade are new there is OEM products in it. The page count on the color 74115 and black 63845
