It has a MR-3021 RADF. Randomly(more times than not) when you scan/copy using the ADF it will have random blurred lines(front to rear, not lead edge to trail edge) on the copy or scanned image. Some of the mylar strips were torn or missing so i replaced them, I thought maybe they were causing the document to stall slightly but it didn't help.
Any suggestions ?

without a scan of the issue to look at and or more info - I would guess perhaps you are loosing drive somewhere in the paper path.
All technical, parts and consumables for this copier series officially ends this month 03/31/2020 from Toshiba Tec Japan. This copier was discontinued more than seven years ago.
Time to think about upgrading to a current copier or at least an e257.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
