We have a customer that is in need of a new copier and this is the only 50+cpm we have access to so I'm curious how good is this box ?
Thanks,
David

Triple AAA! Excellent.
You will be pleased with the reliability and PM parts that last way longer than factory schedule.
Print driver and Web Browser are excellent!
Even dealers who carry multiple product lines say they put these Toshiba eStudio boxes out there and service calls go way down while profitability remains high.
Bring in some color boxes, you will be pleased!
They seem to be pretty good out in the field - all machines have their little issues - this ones are pretty easy to deal with.
For all intents and purposes its mostly identical to it's predecessors and those were a pretty solid box going back several generations.
I have to say, we've been super impressed with the A / AC line. We don't regret it at all.
I signed up several months ago with Toshiba and cannot be happier! These (black panel) EBN models are easy to work on, reliable and cheap to operate. So far service calls have been little to none!
Solid machines. The feed tires will exceed yield, but the lower drum seal and heat roller will not make yield. Carry extras. This platform is nearly indistinguishable mechanically from the 5008A, and the 507/506/455 before that, and the 283, 203, 202 before that.
It's one of those cases where "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
