e-studio 2050c close door

hello people
hope everyone is ok my biz is down by at least half
I have a call on a 2050c 3 hours away there is no error code it just says close front cover by pressing on both sides so i had my customer check a few things the door is not broken both posts are in place i had him cheat both switches no help i had him open and close the side door no help
I have had wierd things happen before with no error code and im starting to suspect the hard drive any ideas would be greatly appreciated

You could still be having an issue with the rt side door not engaging the door switch. Also it couldn't hurt to clone the settings and then format and reinstall the latest firmware.
