Due to corona virus long time away from my service work, in that time another engineer have changed both service password And admin password one of my service copier. Have any way to recover one of password (ADMIN /SERVICE) to default password?

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.

Changing/setting of the service password
(1) The [SETTINGS] screen is displayed by press [SETTINGS] on [FS Menu].
(2) Press [Service Password] to change or reset the service password.
Let me know if you get it done, I'd format the HDD prior to cloning users data and reloading firmware this will take everything to default
