Toshiba 5506 different print size ration than older 5560

5506 print size smaller than 5560, the width of the print is smaller and more compressed, 2mm difference than older 5560, this results in a OCR code that another system cannot interpret correctly.

Is there any way of changing default width ratio for prints or is this just a machine issue?

We have tried different drivers and also used the same older driver for 5560 with same results.

You can try a Image Dimensional Adjustment as per the manual section Settings/Adjustment. Maybe wasn't setup properly at the first initialization?
