Why did you replace all four drums?

Did you replace the Developer as well?

What are the clicks on the copier? How many scans?

Did you print the internal test chart from FS Mode?

What type of Doc Feeder is on the copier? RADF or Dual Head MR4000?

Did you use the alignment pins attached to the back of the Doc Feeder to make sure the Doc Feeder is on square to the copier?

Did you do a color calibration? Lets see samples:

    Attached Files Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

it makes a large difference that you did not:

    Reset the consumable counters
Clean optics and laser slit glasses
    Run a color calibration.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
