    Toshiba estudio 2050c

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can offer suggestions regarding an issue with lines showing up on a Toshiba 2050c. I'm a Konicamimolta tech and am trying to fix this toshiba for a friend. I've posted pictures of the issue. At first it was just cyan lines so I thought it was a bad drum, but now it has black lines as well.

    Any help would be appreciated.

pics are too small for me to see.

    it could be ITB 2PTR

have you done a stop test?

what do the dev units look like?

    what have you done?

    copy or print?

how many pages on the PM parts?

    Thank you.

    I'll get that info tomorrow.

But if you were able to see the lines in the pictures I uploaded you'd see they are very unusual. As if 1 thing is causing them all. But the transfer belt looks good visually.

I'd start with a new black needle electrode and grid. I think that when you look, you'll see that the black grid has a heavy layer of light green corrosion. Clean the optics and do a color calibration and post back.

The color of the lines is ~22% black, and the other colors negligible.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Those lines are definitely coming from either the main charge grid/electrode on the drum or the mag roller on the developer assembly, what I can't figure out though is why the lines are wavy.
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

That's what looks so unusual to me also. I cleaned the grids and electrodes yesterday and so far no more lines.
