From what I've read, you must have EITHER the Admin password or the Service password to reset the other. If you have neither, the only procedure is a call to the Toshy Hotline. (Thank you Thayer) =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

... this is the risk of buying used equipment. Sometimes you buy a brick that is only worth the parts.

As security concerns tighten about the use of default Admin passwords, the chances of buying a brick increases.

That's what I gathered from the manual. No secret button sequence? There HAS to be a back door. I have a couple of junk machines here. I'm going to find out where the password is located. Thanks for the non smart ass answer.

We were carrying the lease. They didn't want service included, saying they had a tech. Never heard from them until we picked it up from an empty office. I have a feeling their tech was screwing with whoever picked it up.

That was a dig at MUMMIN "there are all in service manual, guy." comment. If YOU don't know, he sure as Hell doesn't.

Decommission the machine. 08-8615, then once finished (not connected to the network, it will
say it failed, but will work). Reboot into 08 mode again, 08-8616, reboot.
This will "wipe" everything and set it back to factory, without having to reload the software.
All passwords set back to default, any customer data wiped.

Nope, leaves them alone, just "user" data (address book, emails, shortcuts, customized screens etc)
