    5005AC passwords

Repo from closed business. Admin and service passwords have been changed. Won't let me access either service mode. Is there a secret service code? Any help would be great. Even tried putting one of those little keyboards to try and directly access 08 mode.

You said you put on a key board, how about holding down 4-8-9 and power on? I used this on the 4555c series.

That went away with the Weisshorn High machines. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you format the SED-HDD and reload the firmware, I am not sure if this will reset the password. That might be on the System board.

That was my first thought, but can't get past the password. BTW, does anybody know where that's located? System, Logic or HD.
