Wow! What an antique! Is this in a museum? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In Zambia? Maybe state of the art not antique.

Reeves don't remember well that model but additionally to WTB full sensor there may be some sensor for actual presence of WTB itself. If this isn't working machine cannot recover from previous faulty condition.
Check that and also remove the drum and vacuum drum cleaning section making sure waste auger is not backed up.

Our main office copier here at the shop is a 450 ... it will NOT die. I keep waiting for something to die on it or run out of toner but the damn thing has run without issues for years and years.

The most common thing I remember is the customer unplugging the waste sensor, since the wire hangs out in full view, just begging to be fiddled with. =^..^=

    Re: Dispose of used toner

I believe there is a secondary detection for waste toner full on those machines. If the waste toner auger is pushed towards the rear of the machine it activates a sensor that will also cause "waste toner full" message. Check if there is backup in the cleaner assembly and if the spring loaded auger moves back and forth freely. (I'm going from memory here, so I may be all wrong on this!)
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
