Are all these files shared or not, does that mean they can be used for all 2555c?

Well, this is the most current firmware and you don't have that:

    version 2191
    FIN1036T.030
    FIN1107T.109
    FIN1108T.207
    H576DFWW.09
    PUN6104T.401
    SDL1108T.302
    signatures_H.sig
    T210FWW.39
    T210MWW.84
    T212HD0W2191.tar
    T212SF0W2190.tar
    T212SLGWW.14
    version_H

I don't have copies of v2162, so the next most recent is v2155:

    version 2155
    FIN1036T.030
    FIN1107T.109
    FIN1108T.206
    H576DFWW.09
    PUN6104T.401
    SDL1108T.033
    signatures_H.sig
    T210FWW.39
    T210MWW.78
    T212HD0W2155.tar
    T212SF0W2153.tar
    T212SLGWW.13
    version_H

... and yes, there must be a folder on the root named 2050C_5050C with these files inside.

If I wasn't sure about which firmware files to use, I'd just start with a fresh download ... especially since none of these is current. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If the HDD died due to the result of a power surge, it is likely you need to replace the same with a Toshiba proprietary Secure Encrypted HDD. An off the shelf HDD will not work.
