Toshiba 5506ac not detecting when staples are out

Hi everyone.

Got a 5560ac where it doesn't seem to display when it's run out of staples in the finisher. Instead it carrys on running.
Is there something like a setting that would need changing in service mode?

USER FUNCTIONS > ADMIN LOGIN > COPY > scroll down and you will find suspend printing when stapler is empty

Had an account at a university. Called me for pretty much the same issue but for hole punch not punching.
Come to find out they had students after hours doing all the copying and didn't want to spend the time emptying
the hole punch waste. Since they still had the admin password 123456, they just turned off the stop when punch
was full function. So, to prevent them from doing it again, I set up a special profile on the cloud just for them that
if the 08 code was changed via top access, it would change it back. Never heard from them again.
Sometimes, you have to fix the customer, not the machine.
