If I read that correctly, you went wrong when you tried to use the data on the working hard drive. Each machine has a unique encryption key, and cannot read data from another machine's drive.

So, format the working drive, and reload firmware like it's an empty drive. All data will be loaded with the correct encryption and will read correctly. Was that clear? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

    I'm surprised that 3C > format wasn't enough. Yes 4C next.

Congratulations. Loire 2X are notoriously slow booting back from a firmware update. At one point I called another tech because 08 mode had not yet come up after 25 minutes. He said to wait another 20minutes, nothing to worry about yet. =^..^=
