If you mean a different diameter heat roll, then change it back. Probably not enough fuser nip to drive it properly to the exit section.

In every fuser, with a heat and pressure roller, the pressure roller is actually more important than the heat roller. When the PR loses flexibility and dries up/shrinks, there is nowhere for the toner to go but continually around the heat roller, which is what makes them fail. And, no, you cannot "coat" the aluminum roller with Teflon. At least, I've never heard of anyone doing that successfully.

Years back there was an Indy in our area that painted on something that looked like metallic paint, but it was worse than useless. The toner stuck to it. I don't know if this was just an experiment or some kind of aftermarket product, but it was a dismal failure.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It won't work. Stop using alternatives. No more problems
