It's not uncommon for those push switches to come apart when the door is slammed. The front of the switch looks normal, but the back unsnaps and can be found dangling from the wires. And the microscopic spring can be occasionally found inside the rear cover. It's the same switch used in many Toshiba machines.

I've also seen the latch handle break, losing the hook at the front or rear. It's the same part on the eS4555C, just white instead of black plastic. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Most likely what blackcat said, someone slammed the door and screwed up the door switch.
But if that doesn't fix it, double check on the LVPS, F102. There should be a two pin connector
near it. Both of those connections go to the door switch. If that fuse is open, it will trigger an
    open door switch.
Haven't seen that in a LONG time, but my aging memory remembers an open door message and
it was either a tech replaced the LVPS and didn't get the 2 pin connector seated properly, or something
    caused the fuse to blow.

You can also get this indication if you lose the 24vdc at the power supply to the door switch. "Cover Open. Close the duplexer on the right." message alternates at 5 second intervals with "Ready". =^..^=
