Toshiba e-Studio 4515AC disable color
I'm looking to rent out a Toshiba 4515AC but want to possibly disable color print.
Is there a way?
What are the consequences, if any, by doing this?
Thanks for any input!

Re: Toshiba e-Studio 4515AC disable color
Easy, turn on Dept Codes. Enable No Limit Black. Anyone who wants to copy/ print in colour will have to enter a Dept Code on the copier's LCD panel. Anyone who wants to copy/ print in black will not be challenged for a Dept Code.
No negative consequences.

In the very latest FW 1610, an Admin can force black print only from specific paper trays under Attributes.
