Just out of curiosity, what are you trying to fix with firmware?
My first rule with firmware is: If it's working, don't change it.
You're just as likely to introduce a new bug, as to fix an old one.
Any firmware level that does what you need is the right firmware level.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Actually everything is working fine I’m sitting on v2153 and was thinking newer is better
IT guys always want new firmware, until they find out that some function stopped working. =^..^=

I’m surprise to hear that a firmware update would make the MFP work worse then before.
I was always thinking new updates = smoother running products
Not always ... not by a long shot.
