An interesting link about a recent interview from Larry White, CEO TABS on what is to come in 2022 and the challenges and costs of the last year.

He says refresh of the entire product line...I kind of expected that. The "box" of 4515 goes back somewhat to the 4555,
the "box" of the 6516/8518 goes back pretty much to the 5520, to some extent. I just hope the 85CMP machine has a
    BEEFIER fuser unit.

... I think you are going to see a lot of the hardware innovations displayed in the e330AC series converted into the e2518A/e2515AC - e5018A/e5015AC with a SSD twist and OCR built in.

I have no info on the faster copiers other than Larry White saying eBN2 is going to reach even faster speeds, which I interpret to mean more than 85 cpm.

A faster copier equals a faster fuser which could mean a new fuser design. 100% speculation.

The only Hardware innovations I have seen is 'make more of the machine out of plastic'

... I often remove as much plastic as possible from dead copiers (to gain back floor space)before I take them to a metal recycler.

... I recently disposed of 4x e347cs. The plastic filled six large contractor garbage bags and there was still lots of plastic on the mainframe.

... I keep only the SED-HDDs and the metal stand. Surprisingly that stand works well for the e478s/e389cs/e479cs.

Added hint for taking the fuser apart

Those little brown clips that hold some of the wire harnesses in place, I use to break them or make them to where they wouldn't
hold the wires properly. Here's an easy trick I use. Take a pair of hemostats and run them into the brown clips like the photo.
Pulls them apart without damage and the wire comes right out. A small needle nose plier will work as well.
Added bonus! You don't get sore spots on your fingertips.

By the time they turn that color brown, they're getting pretty brittle and don't have much time left before they shatter. It's a good idea though. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Just why is hell can't they make those clips out of something that doesn't snap and fly off somewhere I'd rather it not have gone...And why are e-clips painted black and not reflective orange?..is black paint cheaper?

Write that down everyone!!! Rusty is the chosen ONE. He will lead us out of the Fuser Hell Toshiba has led us into, and back out into the light of everyday jam codes and preventative maintenance. I'm gonna take the red pill with Rusty.
