If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yep, 1992 bulletin. Tried that bracket as well, but it sent magenta and cyan way out of whack and put a nasty skew in cyan so severe it started overlaying into black.
Just curious BC, how many terabytes of pics do you have from all your years in the field? Petabytes...?
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
I didn't start with the pix until 2006. The external drive that I dump everything onto has 431GB ... but that includes everything: manuals, firmware, drivers, bulletins (which includes photos), and the things no so easy to categorize. About 7 years ago I had to choose a lower resolution on my phone camera, so the photos would still load to CTN (~1MB is the maximum for a JPG).
