With that said, I can't do it until next week. Does that work for you?
We have a tech, that has memory issues. He's a GREAT tech, can fix about anything.
When he takes something apart, like a developer system, he will use his phone to snap
pictures of how things go, just in case his memory slips a bit.
You know what they say...a picture is worth a thousand words. Might be worth a try for
you since you aren't experienced at these things.

@blackcat4866 apologies for the delayed response. Crazy work week last week!

I'm ready to get started :-) What do I do first?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Cool Re: estudio 2555c What are these yellow lines?

    Dev has stripped,

Probably due to poor needle contact at the end block. If its a grey colour not black, its an old type.

Dev is gone and will need to be replaced $$$, Drum probably gone now if you left it exposed for more than a minute, charge grid packed with toner also. Rear charge contact in machine is probably dirty.

I think its best to put the machine outside in some heavy rain and forget about it....

@blackcat4866 I tried to reply to your last PM, but your inbox is full. This is the message I got:

    LMK when I can respond.

    Thanks!
