The clients about an hour away so I would like to get info on this before I head out. They claim it has an error 7399, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this air before and it does not show up anywhere in the service manual. I seem to remember years ago maybe it having something to do with a fuser. Has anyone else seen this error and knows what it is?

This copier is now officially discontinued by Toshiba Tec and no longer supported so you should first send the customer a quote for a new copier.
