Toshiba 2515ac Dark Print, Yellow is red printed

Hello,
This Toshiba 2515 works fine for 3 years. A week ago it started to print far too light. So I did a calibration in Admin-Mode and the Print was very good then.
Two days ago all the prints (and all copies) were far too dark, see the scan.
Yellow turns into red, cyan and magenta turn into nearly black. There ist no background, means white parts of the page are good white.

So I did the calibration again, the calibration sheet is attached too. After that I got a really good print, see the scan (but my scanner is old and makes some moiré)

The print was good for only one day. Now it is dark again.

I do not like to let the customer calibrate the copier every day in admin mode.
The machine is on the same place since 3 years, the room is air conditioned.
The machine has 240.000 pages printed.

I know how to enter service mode but I have no idea what I should do.

... when was the last time the copier was serviced by a technician? At 240k, it is likely something like the black Developer is worn out and other routine parts need to be replaced.

But...
What does it matter if, or if not it has been installed when the color Yellow turns into Red ?

I suspect that the patch shutter is not opening properly. It's common on that model for the post that supports the mechanism to snap off. Then the shutter does not open during auto-calibration, and you get a bad calibration. Here's a photo of my MacGuyver ... and the Toshiba modification:

... has the Black developer ever been replaced? The PM cycle is 150k. Does the black printed images feel gritty or look faded?

What are the black and colour meter reads?

#SalesServiceGuy : Did you really watched the attachments ? There is definitely no fading or gritty black. Remember: It's the Yellow that is printed as red.

Does the back cover have any dust around the fan hole area (left middle of back cover.
I also agree that it's probably the shutter for the color sensors, but one other thing to try,
considering it is intermittent, is remove the memory module (requires removing the HDD to
access), and clean out any dust/debris from the module & socket. Replace, then power on
holding down the energy saver key (white looking key with the moon symbol).
