Anyone set up any of these yet?
The SSD sure makes them boot up faster!

Is it a descendent of the Weisshorn Series (5055C, 5005AC, 5015AC)?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I am having troubles importing critical templates from an earlier e2000AC series into an e2525AC.
It is definitely not as smooth as the older method of using a clone file.
I know in the new series in Top Access, you have to navigate to Admin/Maintenance/Import and bring in the Template XML file using the embedded Template Conversion Utility.
I had to laboriously write down five network paths from the previous copier (as viewed from the LCD panel) (I could not find them in the new style Top Access) type them into the new copier from my laptop connected to the copier and then ask the IT Administrator to fill in the hashed out passwords.
You have to separately import the Address book.
I am hoping there is a better way.
5015AC series.
We were a bit concerned about the 6528A b&w model, thinking they just made a 4518A faster, which typically is a mess.
Set up the first one today, opened it up and they did the same trick to it, as they did when the 8508A series came along.
They just left out the color units with blank covers from a 5015AC series. Looks pretty much like the same machine, minus
the color units.
