    Reset Main Counter

Is there any way to reset the main counter on the 5015AC series? We believe that a dealer is sending used equipment to accounts in our area for us to service and is resetting the counters to make it appear as if it were brand new.

Unless the shipping dealer goes to the significant expense and effort of replacing the main system board, no.

A better judgement of the actual meter reads is to print the PM list from the Service User interface.

What are you trying to accomplish here? Maybe discredit another company? Are you a tech!

There is a way to "reset" the machine, but it only wipes all the PM counters.
You can also turn off the machines ability to "click" the meter, but I know of no way to reset the main counter.
Anytime someone posts and asks this question, always seems fishy, just my opinion.
