I have 2 different customers 1 2550c and the other 2508a both stopped scan to email error 2552 file is too large for server these are both on spectrum isp and both happened the same day does this sound like its spectrums server or something else both scans where 1 page so not too big

What scanner settings?:
Resolution DPI? Each jump in resolution setting makes the image 4x larger.
Color/Monochrome? Color is 10x larger than monochrome.
Original Type?
Background?
What size attachments does your email service allow?:
I've seen as small as 5M maximum attachment size.
Definitely need more information. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
